Shaped Apricot Biscuits
Ingredients
50g (2oz) Flora Original
50g (2oz) caster sugar
1 small egg yolk
115g (4oz) plain flour
25g (1oz) dried apricots
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Measure out all ingredients.
Chop the apricots into small cubes.
Grease a baking tray.
In a bowl, add the Flora Original and sugar.
Mix together until creamy.
Add in the egg yolk, a bit at a time.
Next add the sieved flour and chopped apricots into the creamy mixture.
Mix everything together until it forms a firm dough.
Using a biscuit cutter, cut the dough into shapes.
Place the apricot biscuits onto a greased baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Carefully take out of the oven when golden and leave to cool.
Eat and enjoy!
